Life is Tough....So...We Deal.

Life is never going to be easy. What with all the rioting going on around the world right now.... The economy bad here at home..... A lot of family problems...... Every day sucks... But you know what drives me INSANE?..... When people day in and day out say we are screwed. True, we may be screwed, the world may be about to end, we will all be communists and starving and dying by next year...... All we can do is fight to survive. I understand pessimism and being realistic. I'm not saying we should all be ignorant, because it isn't blissful. I'm not saying we should ignore what is going on in the world. But what I am saying is all we can do is be aware of what's going on and do the best we can. It is a waste of time to worry day in and day out about things we have no control over.

I love all of you, my fellow Americans; regardless of your political party... regardless of your opinions and points of view. I love you because we all make up this nation. Ronald Reagen said it right when he said the problem with this nation is too much government. I do not love my government. I love the people, I love our Republic for which we stand. I love everyone and anything that fights for my freedom, your freedom. I love our Constitution. I love our freedom. Remember where we came from my fellow Americans.

We have the fight in us. We may have a long, and ugly fight ahead of us...but there is beauty in survival. And we WILL survive. Never doubt that. Life may seem impossible, and horrible and unbearable, but it something we can conquer: be it this generation, or the next, or our grandchildren's generation.
